The organizing framework
The existing organizing documents describe TGBC as an independent, unincorporated religious association. The Circle is an ecclesiastical governing body within TGBC. This collection preserves that structure.
The Constitution and Articles of Association establish the organizing framework. The Circle charter defines the Circle’s role. The General Adoption Resolution and Master Register provide forms for recording adoption and document status.
Document status: the available copies include draft editions, blank adoption fields, and forms awaiting execution. Their publication here does not certify adoption or issuance. Signed originals and the maintained register establish the recorded status.
