A blank form or certificate is approved as a template only; it does not establish a prior or future appointment, ordination, affiliation, account, tax status, or executed agreement. Identity and government affirmed THIS GRACE BIBLE CHURCHES remains a private, voluntary, unincorporated religious assembly or fellowship of assemblies operating without a state certificate of formation, with applicable civil obligations and religious-freedom protections. No declaration that it is outside every regulation or filing requirement is adopted. PRAECEPTORIUM is the internal Elders' Circle for bishops and elders only. Bishop Wesley Ray is its sole initial member until an additional qualified bishop or elder is expressly admitted. Deacons do not enter the Circle by ordination or service. The unique lifetime Founding Bishop title remains nontransferable; succession after his death uses the title Overseeing Bishop. Effect and prior authority The actual effective date below governs. Where an existing adopted instrument requires approval, comply with that procedure before recording this resolution as effective. This resolution does not cure missing authority or retroactively certify action. Identify the exact prior editions and clauses superseded; preserve those records. The adoption of conditional financial or property policies does not authorize their underlying activities. No bank account, paid worker, property transaction, organizational fundraising program, or government filing is initiated by this resolution alone.
